Floating an Adsense Ad

Here’s how to make an adsense ad float (or anything float for that matter) so the user can not scroll it off of the page.

    It’s illegal (against tos) if it floats on top of your website content.

    it seems that my Adsense earnings this month have plumetted. i don’t know why :
